June 10 - LAVOIX counsels Pharma Omnium for the acquisition of CellVirLAVOIX performed the due diligence IP concerning the acquisition of CellVir by the pharamceutical company Pharma Omnium International (POI). CellVir is a biotechnological company established in 2006 and based at the Institut Cochin of Paris. Pharma Omnium, held by Weinberg Capital Partners, is thus reinforced in the anti-infection research field. Other the seven employees, the laboratory employs 20 research staff at Mutabilis in Romainville, which add to the seven scientists of CellVir.
