Nov 2009 : LAVOIX obtains its certification ISO 9001 - 2008

Dear clients, dear colleagues, We are pleased to inform you that LAVOIX has been approved to the ISO 9001 - 2008 standard. This certification applies to all the IP attorney activities of LAVOIX in France, Europe and worldwide. It is the result of a two-year global and continuous process, which aims at improving the LAVOIX management and its relationship with its clients and providers.
